Stellar Performance

Member companies are familiar with quality systems and dedicate considerable resources to implement quality plans

The machine produces quality bolt holes approved for structural joints. The maximum hole diameter is 24” +. It can cut up to and including 1.25 inch thickness. It produces layout marks so there is no need for fit up for parts like clips and stiffners. It takes direct download from design software (X-Steel, SDS2, AutoCad and more). It cuts to length, copes with CNC accuracy, cuts slots, makes cutouts for bracing and knife connections, scribes text and piece marks, miter cuts, weld prep bevel cuts, rib I-Beams into T-Beams, cuts out any shape. This machine cuts parts to within 1/32 inch tolerance over the length of the part. The actual part tolerance is often tighter, as positioned repeatability of the cutting robot is 12 times more precise at 0.0026 inch accuracy.

We offer true 3-D fabrication capability to process beams, channels, HSS, angle, bar and plate on one single machine. This machine saves countless hours of material handling, since all operations on a piece are done in one place. All facets of processing are fully automatic. Our annual capacity can reach 10,000 tons annually.

Don’t Waive Certification

See the attached document and read about why you shouldn’t waive AISC certification.
